AHA was founded by Andrea Harvey in 2009. She has over 25 years of Finance, Marketing and Corporate Human Resource experience with areas of expertise in talent management, recruitment, leadership development and executive coaching. Andrea has worked directly with individuals from CEO’s to line managers to develop leadership skills and talent strategies that align with business strategy and ultimately drive results. She spent most of her career working globally across North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific, including two years living and working in France. Inspired by exposure to other languages and professional cultures, this sparked a lifelong fascination with other cultures and diversity. After spending 18 years at Johnson & Johnson in a variety of HR leadership roles, Andrea launched AHA to provide leadership coaching and small business consulting.
Andrea holds an undergraduate degree in Marketing and a graduate degree in Industrial Psychology. She has received several professional accreditations including; certified as a Professional Coach and Master Practitioner of Energy Leadership from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching; holding an ACC rating with the International Coaching Federation; serving as the current President of the New Jersey Charter Chapter of the International Coaching Federation; certified in several personality assessments including; The Hogan Suite, MRG, and IDI.
Her passion about developing leaders, proven track record of success doing so, and her experience of how can positively impact organizational effectiveness, she started AHA to focus on helping leaders and their organizations reach their highest potential.
